Refund policy

We want you to love your handmade clock! If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue.

We offer a refund for eligible items. Because each clock is handmade, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the return is received (if applicable).
